Is the SonyRX1Rii still worth it in 2024? Absolutely! If you're looking for a 42.4mp, Full Frame, fixed lens alternative to the Leica Q2 or Q3, this might be the best option on the market! This camera can definitely compete with the likes of the Leica Q2 and Q3 in terms of straight cool factor... and I think that the images that you can create with this are also quite amazing. I've only had this camera for a week, but have brought it with me just about everywhere I've gone and have captured so many keepers. With really reliable auto focus and great color science, this camera is definitely hard to beat at a fraction of the cost of used Q2 or Q3. I’ve been a big fan of Peak Design slings for 6 years or so, but recently, my 5L’s zipper broke, so I knew I’d have to replace it with something. As soon as the Coyote X-Pac series was launch, I knew it was the perfect replacement. The extra liter of space and the newer weather resistant X-Pac material were a welcome change for the kit I normally pack. I’ve been rocking this sling since it landed on-island and it fits all my everyday carry camera kit.
